Your Festival Terms & Conditions

1. Event Admission & Ticket Purchase

All tickets are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket, and tickets must be retained throughout the event.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

In the event that Leicestonbury Festival 2025 is cancelled due to insufficient ticket sales or other unforeseen circumstances, all ticket holders will be refunded in full for the value paid at the time of purchase (including booking fees, where applicable).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the cancellation announcement.
We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation, etc.) in the event of cancellation.

3. Lineup & Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to change, substitute, or remove scheduled acts at any time, including prior to or during the event. Changes may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, artist availability, or operational reasons.
While we aim to deliver the full lineup as advertised, no refunds will be offered solely due to changes in the lineup.

4. Weather Policy

This is an all-weather event. The festival will proceed rain or shine.
In the event of severe weather or safety concerns, we reserve the right to pause, modify, or cancel programming for safety.

5. Glamping, Camping & Parking

Glamping and camping pitches must be booked in advance. Entry will not be permitted to camping areas without the correct wristband.
Campervans must remain in the designated areas and are not permitted to move during the event.
BBQs and open flames are not permitted on-site due to nearby crops and fire risk.

6. Conduct & Safety

Antisocial or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee who poses a risk to others, staff, or property.
Wristbands must not be removed or transferred once issued.

7. Photography & Media

Attendees may be photographed or filmed during the event. By attending, you consent to your image being used in future festival marketing and promotions.

8. Liability

The organisers accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property on site, howsoever caused, except where required by law.

9. Payment Plans

If you'd like to pay in instalments, please call the farm directly and speak to Richard or Wendy to arrange a payment plan that works for you.

Competition Terms & Conditions: Glamping Giveaway

🏕️ The Competition

Entrants can win one of 56 Glamping Beltent packages (either Mon–Fri or weekend stays).
One Star Prize winner will receive a fully furnished Glamping Beltent for 6 during the festival weekend.
Winners may combine multiple prizes, gift them to others, or use them across different nights (subject to availability).
Entry is conditional on being part of the WhatsApp Community Group and participating in marketing engagement (such as sharing posts).

📅 Conditions

Prizes are non-cash, non-transferable for monetary value, and are subject to availability.
Competition is being run in good faith and in line with Leicestonbury 2025 community-building goals.
In the unlikely event the festival is cancelled, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the competition and/or its prizes.
In such an event, no monetary compensation will be offered for unfulfilled prizes.

🎫 Ticket Connection

Winners are encouraged to secure their own entry tickets (glamping prize includes accommodation only).
A glamping prize does not automatically include festival admission unless otherwise stated.
